Our Story
2nd Home Adult Day Center was founded in 2010, to meet the senior care needs of the region. The need has grown over the years, and our center has become the preferred choice for area families.
Licensed by the State of Pennsylvania, we are well-known for providing exceptional care to seniors.

Nikolaos Fotiadis, Director
Nikolas is a founding member of 2nd Home, and currently serves as the Director. He has been serving in the elder care field for the past decade. His dedication is inspiring to families, clients and our staff.
Yelyzaveta "Lisa" Muraviova, Manager
Lisa is a senior care executive. Her compassion and ability to connect with clients are two of her greatest talents. Each client is treated like family under her direction.
Kim Salerno, RN
Kim is a highly skilled Registered Nurse that smoothly handles all of our health care needs. She listens and cares passionately about every person. Her professionalism and attention to detail ensure daily success.
Clifford "Skits" Soroko, Activities Dir.
"Skits" has brought an innovative approach to our activities program. Clients are thrilled with the activities and excited to participate each day. "Skits" is an inspirational, retired teacher. He has been serving in the industry for over five years.
